Eryn Devola

Head of Sustainability, Siemens Digital Industries Software

Eryn Devola is the Head of Sustainability for Siemens Digital Industries, where she leads the Sustainability horizontal market to manage the strategy for profitable sustainability for Siemens and our customers. Eryn has been part of the Siemens team since 2012, most recently as the North America Director of Sales for Siemens Large Drive Applications. Her career includes roles of increasing responsibility across quality, plant management, operations, and sales. 

She has long had a passion for sustainable product development and production. Eryn completed an NFS Fellowship focused on Environmentally Conscious Manufacturing and has applied the knowledge she gained there to many roles in her career. Eryn has a bachelor’s and master’s in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technology University, and an MBA from the University of Louisville.

Director – Global Marketing, Water & Process Sustainability, Ecolab

Neil Davidson is currently Marketing Director for Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, the global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention technologies and services that protect people and vital resources.

In this role, Neil is responsible for developing and deploying innovative solutions for customers in Heavy industries to help them boost productivity by a combination of conserving resources, protecting their assets, running more efficiently, and reducing their emissions.

Neil’s career started with ExxonMobil in operations and environmental stewardship. Within Ecolab, Neil has had roles in operations, sales, and marketing within the refinery and petrochemical industries. Having lived in several countries and travelled extensively, Neil has developed a global perspective and deep understanding of customer needs. As Marketing Director, he is ensuring we bring solutions that can positively impact our customers’ experience of Nalco Water. Neil leads Ecolab’s Climate Intelligence program, which was developed under the partnership agreement with Siemens, deploying their industry-leading digital twin technology.

Neil has a degree in Chemical Engineering with Environmental Law from the University of Surrey, England. He is also a Charted Engineer (Institution of Chemical Engineers), and a member of several working groups for the water and process industries.
