Neil Brinker

Neil D. Brinker has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of Modine’s Board of Directors since December 2020. The company is known to be a diversified global leader in thermal management technology and solutions. Mr. Brinker serves on the Board of Trustees at Manufacturers Alliance and is a Director of Innosphere Ventures.

Before joining Modine, Mr. Brinker worked for Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. as President and Chief Operating Office since May of 2020 and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since June of 2018. In those positions, he led global sales, marketing, engineering and operations for the Company's semiconductor, telecom and networking, data center, industrial, and medical markets. Mr. Brinker also spent six years with IDEX Corporation in a variety of senior leadership roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, a Master of Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
