Ron Keating

Ronald C. Keating has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member at Excelitas Technologies since October 2023. Since the start of his career in 1992, he has held various roles of increasing responsibilities and continues to uphold standards in all of his leadership positions. Mr. Keating serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees for the Manufacturers Alliance.

Prior to joining Excelitas, Mr. Keating was President and Chief Executive Officer of Evoqua Water Technologies Corporation, a global provider of water and wastewater treatment solutions. Before his 8 years at Evoqua, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Contech, an infrastructure site solutions provider, and as President of the Metalworking Solutions and Services Group of Kennametal Inc., a supplier of tooling and industrial materials. He also held previous roles at Kennametal as the Vice President and General Manager of the Energy, Mining and Construction Group and for the Electronics Products Group from 2001 to 2007. Mr. Keating currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committees of US Ecology Inc. Mr. Keating received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
