Tom Okray

Thomas Okray serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Eaton, after his appointment in 2021. Eaton aims to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services. Under Mr. Okray's leadership, he leads the company's mission to offering more sustainable solutions that help customers effectively manage electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical power – more safely, efficiently, and reliably. Mr. Okray also serves on the Board of Trustees at Manufacturers Alliance.

Mr. Okray joined Eaton from W.W. Grainger, where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Throughout his career, Mr. Okray has held various leadership roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Advance Auto Parts, Vice President of Finance and Global Customer Fulfillment at Amazon, and Chief Financial Officer of Global Product Development and Purchasing and Supply Chain at General Motors. Mr. Okray holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
