The Basics of Private Cellular Networks: Support

Event Details
Jan 18, 2024   –
On Demand, 20 minutes

Supporting a Private Cellular Network (PCN) starts with network maintenance to keep the network operational and updated. Support includes remote monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Updating the network involves software updates, operating system upgrades, and network connectivity and application patches. A network operations center can monitor systems against disruptions and failures 24x7; it should offer analysis and reporting, fault monitoring, system “triage” and remote repair, and more.

Watch the recording as PCN experts Rob Cerbone, VP of Product Management and Marketing, and Kely Davis, Executive Vice President of Post-Deployment Services, from Communication Technology Services (CTS) discuss a long-term support plan for your PCN solution that includes all the updates and analysis that your company needs.

This recording is part of The Basics of Private Cellular Networks: Design, Build, Run, and Support series.
