Jenn Desrosiers is the Managing Director of the 80/20 Profit & Growth practice at Strategex. She spent the first decade of her career with ITW where she undertook progressive business leadership roles across several divisions—including functional responsibility for sales, marketing, product management, operations, and strategy. Since joining Strategex, Jenn has consulted with more than 20 major manufacturing companies across various industries. She has a track record of successfully leading turnarounds for failing manufacturing businesses. In 2021 she coached a tier 1 automotive client to overcome significant operational challenges. The results were a 25% increase in EBITDA, increased on-time delivery, and increased wallet share with the world’s largest automotive manufacturers. As a speaker, she has spoken to numerous associations including Manufacturers Alliance, the National Association for Manufacturers, and the National Tool and Machining Association.

Lauren graduated with honors from Wellesley College, double majoring in economics and religion. She has also earned her MBA at Boston University Questrom School of Business.
