Nick Pinchuk

Nicholas T. Pinchuck serves as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer at Snap-on Incorporated since 2007. Prior to his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Pinchuk served as Snap-on’s President and Chief Operating Officer, and before that as Snap-on’s Senior Vice President and President–Worldwide Commercial & Industrial Group. Mr. Pinchuk serves on the Board of Trustees at Manufacturers Alliance.

Before joining Snap-on in 2002, Mr. Pinchuk served in several executive operational and financial management positions at United Technologies Corporation and held various financial and engineering positions at Ford Motor Company. Mr. Pinchuk also serves as a Director of Columbus McKinnon Corporation. Mr. Pinchuk earned Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
