Eric Vaillancourt

Eric A. Vaillancourt is acting interim President and Chief Executive Officer at EnPro Industries, Inc. and has held the position since August 2021, after previously serving as President, Sealing Technologies segment since August 2020. 

Mr. Vaillancourt previously served as President, Stemco division from July 2018 through August 2020, as President, Garlock division, from November 2014 to July 2018, as President, Garlock Sealing Products from June 2012 to November 2014 and as Vice President, Sales and Marketing of the Garlock division from 2009 to June 2012. 

Prior to joining EnPro, Mr. Vaillancourt held positions of increasing responsibility with Bluelinx Corporation from 1988 to 2009, culminating in his position as Regional Vice President North-Sales and Distribution. Mr. Vaillancourt completed the Harvard Management Program in 2014.
