Women's Leadership Cohort
Cohort members have access to a private online community featuring cross-functional networking and thought development about the challenges most pressing to those in industry.
The Places You'll Go
The Women's Leadership Cohort is here to elevate your position as a leader, changemaker, and manufacturer all in one. Cohort members can take advantage of building out their resources by attending in-person conferences and networking opportunities—leaning in to strategies and advice from others.

Next Event: Stresswise Leadership
This session helps leaders build the self-awareness to recognize their stress patterns, and those of others, before reactivity takes over. You’ll discover how to reset in the moment, stay present under pressure, and lead with clarity, even amid chaos.

Access Your Digital Network on the Hub
For every single woman promoted to director, two leave. The lack of inclusive work culture needs to change—fight for a difference with best strategies, tips, and advice from fellow manufacturers and leadership experts on the private community within the Hub.
Is the Cohort Right for You?
The Women’s Leadership Cohort is a unique and emerging space for female members to disrupt the challenges that they face in manufacturing. As an additional program included in our Council and Circle membership, our cohort members are dedicated to furthering their contributions to making manufacturing a more equitable industry.
To apply for the Women’s Leadership Cohort, you must be in good standing as a member of a Council or Circle. Those who are not Manufacturers Alliance members may submit interest in being alerted about public events and offerings.
Registration Open for the 2026 Women's Leadership Conference
In 2026, we’ll dive deeper into the complexities women face in manufacturing today—while also spotlighting the future we are actively influencing.
Whether you're leading a factory floor, steering corporate strategy, or entering your next leadership chapter, this is your space to grow, connect, and rise in a cross-functional setting.
