Jill is an Account Executive and strategic advisor. In this role, she has experience working with clients across a variety of industries and market segments. She has extensive health and benefits knowledge. Jill has leadership experience in strategic design and development on health and wellness, onsite health clinics and employee communications. Jill will leverage her experience to provide thought leadership on innovative market- based approaches while being realistic in meeting cultural, financial and compliance needs of clients.

Prior to joining Aon in 2017, Jill led the design implementation and administration of Cummins global employee benefits program, including healthcare and wellness strategy, onsite health clinics and employee communications. Responsible for working with executive leadership to develop Cummins political platform for Healthcare Reform, recommend healthcare strategies to meet business needs in a challenging economy, while positioning Cummins for long-term business success. Led the development of Cummins global health and productivity strategy, collaborating with global resources to extend Cummins U.S. healthcare strategy successes across the globe.

Jill’s expertise brings the lens of a human resources professional to understanding an organization’s objectives for workforce strategy, expense mitigation and disruptive strategies. She has “in-the-trench” experience supporting CBA negotiation strategies, creating global wellbeing philosophy alignment with flexibility for geographic personalization and developing organizational “rings of defense.”
