Some challenges can't wait until the next meeting, roundtable, or conference. When an important question arises or a new issue emerges, sometimes the most valuable resource is a conversation with peers who are dealing with similar situations.
Pop-Up Conversations are rapid-response virtual discussions created by and for our members. Any member can request a conversation on a specific topic, challenge, opportunity, or emerging trend. We'll help identify interested participants and convene a focused discussion to exchange insights, experiences, and practical ideas.
Whether you're looking for perspectives on a new regulation, seeking lessons learned from a recent initiative, exploring an emerging technology, or simply wanting to compare approaches with peers, Pop-Up Conversations provide a flexible way to connect with the community in real time.

How It Works
- Submit a topic you’d like to explore with peers.
- We gauge member interest and identify relevant participants.
- We schedule a virtual discussion if sufficient interest exists.
- Manufacturers Alliance reviews requests on a rolling basis and will work to convene discussions as quickly as member interest and schedules allow.
- You lead the topic and discussion objectives, while Manufacturers Alliance staff helps facilitate the conversation.
- At least one Manufacturers Alliance staff member will participate to assist with logistics, introductions, and facilitation as needed.
- Continue the conversation. Participants are encouraged to exchange contact information and continue discussions beyond the initial session as appropriate.
