Raj Batra currently serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of AxD (Automation x Digital), a firm advising the world’s largest sovereign wealth fund, which manages over $1 trillion in assets in the areas of Automation, Digital Transformation, and Industry 4.0. Raj Batra’s extraordinary three-decade journey at Siemens exemplifies his exceptional leadership and visionary approach. Starting as an independent contributor, he rose to become the President of Siemens Digital Industries - USA, where he achieved the highest-ever recorded revenue and profitability in the company’s history in 2023.

Raj’s educational background includes a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University, where he was recently inducted into their prestigious Engineering Hall of Fame in 2023, and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
