Registration Policies

Meeting Registration Policy

Attendees must hold a membership to a Council or Circle to attend that group's meeting. Manufacturers Alliance reserves the right to approve all registrations. If you don’t hold a membership to a Council or Circle but are interested in attending, please contact us.

Manufacturers Alliance’s Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your credit card will be charged when your registration is received. To receive a full refund, less a processing fee ($30 for virtual seminars, $75 for virtual meetings, and $150 for in-person events), Manufacturers Alliance must be notified in writing of your cancellation by 5PM ET, two weeks prior to the start of the event. Cancellations received after this time will not be refunded. Registrants who fail to attend are not eligible for a refund. Paid attendees who are unable to participate after registering may designate an alternate to attend, as long as Manufacturers Alliance receives notification in writing by the above cancellation date. Note: Most Councils and Circle communities do not allow substitutions.

If an in-person registrant would like to switch to virtual format, we will make the change without a processing fee when applicable.  This request must be made two weeks prior to the start of the event. Registrants who subsequently cancel their virtual registration revert to the $150 in-person fee.

CPE CREDITS: OFFICIAL NASBA SPONSOR STATEMENT
In order to best meet our members’ needs for continuing education, Manufacturers Alliance is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org. In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits are granted based on a 50-minute hour.

SHRM PDCs
Manufacturers Alliance is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.

CLE CREDITS
We are now offering Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits at some events. Because events must be accredited for CLE in multiple states, if you would like to receive CLE credit, please register for an event at least 45 days before the meeting to give us ample time to apply for accreditation in your state.
