Stefanie Givens-Wilson brings more than two decades of experience in supply chain and procurement leadership to her role as Director of Indirect Procurement at La-Z-Boy Incorporated. She also serves as Co-Chair of La-Z-Boy’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Council and plays a key role in shaping events such as the Supplier Summit and Supply Chain University.
Her career began in the automotive industry, where she joined Chrysler’s prestigious Management Trainee Program. The experience gave her a strong foundation in manufacturing, logistics, and procurement—skills she later honed in senior sourcing roles with both U.S. and Japanese Tier I suppliers.
Stefanie is recognized for her ability to think strategically, drive operational excellence, and inspire collaboration across teams. She earned her Master’s degree in Quality Management from Eastern Michigan University and her Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
