Tejas is responsible for evaluating client opportunities, providing thought leadership, and design thinking, and coaching the delivery teams on solution architecture for both – rapid development for client-specific solutions and long-term tax technology road-map products within on-premise or on the cloud.

As Vice President and Chief Tax Officer for NextEra Energy, Inc., Joe Reese is responsible for all tax-related matters including strategy, domestic and international tax planning, mergers & acquisitions, federal, state & local tax compliance, provision & forecasting, state tax planning, controversy, tax policy initiatives, and management.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from West Virginia University, a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, and a Master of Laws in tax from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the State Bar of Georgia.
