Louis Pinkham

Louis Pinkham has served as Chief Executive Officer of Regal Rexnord Corporation since joining the Company in April 2019. Regal Rexnord Corporation is a leading manufacturer of electric motors, electrical motion controls, power generation and power transmission products serving markets throughout the world. Mr. Pinkham serves on the Board of Trustees at Manufacturers Alliance.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Pinkham was Senior Vice President of Crane Co. from 2016 to 2019, and held several other leadership roles at Crane Co., from 2012–2016. Prior to joining Crane Co., Mr. Pinkham served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Critical Power Solutions Division, Electrical Group at Eaton Corporation. From 2000 to 2012, he held successive and increasing roles of global responsibility at Eaton. Before joining Eaton, Mr. Pinkham held an Engineering and Quality Manager position at ITT Sherotec and a Process Design Engineer position with Molecular Biosystems, Inc. Mr. Pinkham has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Duke University, a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
