Alice Lindenauer

Alice Lindenauer is a member of Bright Horizons Workforce Consulting team and works with clients on establishing the right form of corporate-sponsored child care to promote engagement, boost productivity, and drive sustained business results.
She previously led the global HR function for Hamilton Lane, a $825B private markets asset manager. As a member of its executive team, Alice was involved in corporate acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, regional expansions, and a successful IPO. Alice began her career in the financial analysis and business management areas before shifting into HR leadership when she was asked to reinvent SEI Investment’s HR function, creating the Workforce Development Team.
Mindi Vanden Bosch
Vice President of Operations, Vermeer Corporation
Mindi Vanden Bosch is the vice president of operations at Vermeer Corporation, a global manufacturer that delivers a real impact on the way important work gets done through the manufacture of high-quality industrial and agricultural equipment backed by localized service and support. Mindi is one of two third-generation family members involved in the business started by her grandfather and Company Founder Gary Vermeer.
Mindi joined Vermeer in 2008, holding managerial roles in marketing, finance, human resources, continuous improvement, dealer development, managing director of the Forage segment from 2020-2022, and now her current role as vice president of operations since February 2022.
With vast experience on the family side of the business, she currently serves as a Director on the Vermeer Board of Directors and the Vermeer Charitable Foundation. She has served on the Ownership Council (OC) since 2014 and was the OC Chair from 2017-2020. Mindi has also been involved on the Family Council Activities Committee, Education Committee, Governance Committee, Family Employment Task Force, and Engagement Task Force.
Prior to joining Vermeer, Mindi worked in continuous improvement at Cascade Engineering and at Fifth Third Bank as a treasury management officer.
Mindi graduated from Calvin College with a Bachelor of Science degree in business communication and earned her Masters of Business Administration degree from Davenport University, both in Michigan. Mindi and her husband, Frank, live in Pella, Iowa with their three children.
