With a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rutgers University, Aisha integrates academic knowledge with practical experience. At AMERICAN, Aisha leads a team of employee development specialists in creating customized learning solutions that support career progression and personal growth.
Aisha’s commitment to professional development is reflected in her numerous certifications, including the Master Trainer certification. She is also an active member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
Jay Kolbenson

Jay Kolbenson brings over twenty years of experience in the realms of training and technology, with a strong focus on team leadership, media development, and optimizing learning operations. As a seasoned training leader, Jay has successfully navigated diverse industries, including Semiconductor Manufacturing, Government & Defense, Industrial Science, Life Science Manufacturing, and Regulatory sectors. His expertise spans business insights, system implementations, and launching enterprise solutions that drive customer satisfaction. Recently assuming the role of Senior Manager, Product Adoption, and Voice of the Customer at Docebo, Jay leverages extensive first-hand customer experience to inform and enhance marketing strategy effectively. His comprehensive skill set includes marketing, commercial enablement, training, instructional systems design, and creative services management, making him a dynamic force in both technical and creative domains.
Carolyn Pitcairn
Global Learning and Development: Student Information System Administrator, Lincoln Electric
Carolyn (Carrie) Pitcairn (they/them) brings 14 years of expertise in post-secondary administration, focusing on project management, staff development, lifelong learning, and data management. Carrie holds a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Learning in Nonprofits from Gannon University. They are passionate about the enhancement of learning through technology and have experience in several Learning Management Systems including Moodle, Relias, Microburst, Blackboard, and Docebo. Carrie has served on various boards for professional organizations and continues to volunteer their time with social and educational nonprofits. They are dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness through strategic development.
Kristie Rankin
Employee Development Specialist, AMERICAN Cast Iron Pipe Company
Kristie Rankin is an Employee Development Specialist with AMERICAN Cast Iron Pipe Company. She joined the company in 2021 after running her own small consulting business for five years. She retired from the State of Alabama in 2015 after 25 years and worked for a small safety company before branching out on her own. Her background includes law enforcement, counseling, teaching, training, and many other aspects of higher education.
Kristie has a BS in Psychology, an MA in Rehabilitation Counseling, an EdS in Agency/Community Counseling, all from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and an EdD in Higher Education Administration with a focus on economic and community development from the University of Alabama. She and her husband, Shawn, live in Irondale, Alabama with their two dogs, Sir Jaxon of Bainbridge (Jax) and Roxie Hart. They have two grown sons, Zach and Brendan.
Andrea Tracy
Manager, Educational Services, Lincoln Electric
Andrea Tracy is a highly experienced professional with over twenty years in secondary and post-secondary education and administration. She has worked as a Financial Aid Administrator, Program Director at an educational nonprofit organization, and Director of Adult Workforce Education at an Ohio Technical Center. In 2018, Andrea joined Lincoln Electric as the Manager of Educational Services, where she currently oversees curriculum, welding guides and eLearning development, compliance and policy writing, manages three Learning Management Systems and a Student Information System, and is responsible for the development of multiple industry-recognized welding credentials.
Throughout her career, Andrea has demonstrated her commitment to professional development and leadership. She has served on several Executive Boards for professional organizations, including the Ohio Association of College Admissions Counselors and the Ohio Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators. She has spearheaded the development of state-wide training programs for guidance counselors and career advisors and has created the framework for Advisor Training for the National College Access Network.
Andrea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from John Carroll University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Lake Erie College.
