Neal works with Aon in support of employers, health systems, and other healthcare suppliers in the design, management, and evolution of their offerings. Neal is part of Aon's Thought Leadership team and is responsible for monitoring and articulating how employers must respond to the everchanging business, HR, and healthcare landscape. Neal is passionate about bringing forward the possibilities that exist for the future of healthcare and the ability for Aon, in concert with clients and other stakeholders, to push the market forward faster in support of better individual health for all.

Meghan is the Solution Development and Commercialization leader for the US Health Solutions Commercial Analytics practice. She also serves as the Product Owner for Health Risk Analyzer which helps employers utilize predictive modeling to understand their future high-cost claimant risk and proactively mitigate and manage costs. Her team has created and successfully commercialized analytics solutions such as Health Risk Analyzer, RxDC Submission Support, and Health Risk Financing.

Meghan has been at Aon since early 2022. She has over 10 years of experience working as an actuary supporting large employers’ health and benefits strategy. Meghan has a passion for innovation and empowering organizations to use data and analytics to achieve their strategic goals. Meghan is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
