This applies similar concepts to Lean Value Stream Mapping, paired with core sustainability concepts, to help participants create a clearer vision of where to find innovative sustainability improvement projects. Kelly Weger is the Senior Director of Sustainability for Qcells, the number one solar company in the U.S. She is a Registered Architect, LEED Accredited Professional, Certified Energy Auditor, and author of a planet-friendly cookbook. Prior to joining Qcells, she spent 10 years providing sustainability consulting and training for over 200 manufacturers, across multiple industries, and is also vice chair on the Indiana Recycling Market Development Board.
