Dr. Nick Redman is Oxford Analytica’s Director of Analysis and the Editor in Chief of the Oxford Analytica Daily Brief. He leads the firm’s team of analysts and oversees the global network of 1500 experts, delivering actionable insight and trusted judgements that allow governments and companies to succeed in complex global environments. Prior to joining Oxford Analytica in 2019, Nick was the Director of Editorial at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), an independent non-partisan think tank focused on questions of international security and geopolitical risk. He was editor of two IISS publications, as well as serving in client-facing roles, directing research and delivering briefings and presentations to government and private-sector clients.

From 2002 to 2010 Nick worked at the Economist Intelligence Unit, initially as Senior Editor for Eastern Europe on the ViewsWire service providing political and economic analysis and forecasting, and from 2005 as Editor in Chief of ViewsWire. He redesigned and taught a BA course on security in the former Soviet states at the Department of War Studies, King’s College London, in 1998/99, after which he started his career in political and economic analysis at Oxford Analytica. Twenty years later, he returned to lead a team of world-class analysts.

Jeff White leads Robinson+Cole’s Manufacturing Industry team, which has been recognized by media outlets as one of the nation’s top manufacturing law practices. He serves as outside general counsel for several privately held manufacturers throughout the United States and globally, including family-owned businesses and many industrial B2B suppliers. Drawing upon his industry knowledge and experience, he develops solutions for businesses that operate within global supply chains and often lack commercial leverage. Jeff also has deep experience in the aerospace and defense industry and is sought after by both buyers and sellers who are engaged in significant transactions.

Alan Winkler is responsible for Regulatory Compliance at MasterBrand Cabinets LLC, where he has worked for 14 years. Alan has nearly 10 years of experience working in compliance, and was part of the initial compliance team at Masterbrand, which is currently the number 1 North American manufacturer of residential cabinets. Alan has completed the requirements to hold the designation of Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) by the Compliance Certification Board.

Gavin Proudley leads the Dow Jones Third Party Risk Proposition. He is responsible for supporting clients across their third party risks and activities including bribery and corruption, supply chain and ESG risks. Gavin has worked with clients to help them build effective compliance programs - from onboarding, risk assessments, due diligence, training and monitoring. His experience cuts across sectors and geographies.

Prior to joining Dow Jones, Gavin was a director in EY's forensic practice and also worked in Government for 11 years. In the Ministry of Defence, the Foreign Office and Cabinet Office, he focused on international security and terrorism issues, advising senior officials, ministers and the Prime Minister's office.
