He’s a certified specialist in Vibration Category II, Airborne Ultrasound Level II, and RDI Motion Amplification, and has led numerous initiatives in equipment calibration, safety leadership, and technology integration. James is passionate about the evolving landscape of CBM and believes in proactive strategies that foster long-term reliability and team-driven success.
