Strategies to Get Noticed
The manufacturing industry has made major strides in upping the competitive factor to keep (and attract) talent. Front row seat to the latest technology – check. Upskilling/reskilling opportunities – check. Commitment to doing good – check. Opportunity for advancement – check, check. Yet, regardless of all these offerings, manufacturers still struggle with translating all they have to offer to the outside world.
We can acknowledge the challenges while getting pumped about the opportunities. Join us on Wednesday, May 17 for the Winning the Manufacturing Talent War event. We'll swap war stories and share ideas that will get you excited about hitting those talent goals this year.
