Caty Combs is a seasoned and results-driven Marketing Strategy Manager with over 15 years of experience. Currently, Caty drives the marketing strategy for the private sector division of American Fidelity Assurance Company. Caty’s strength lies in her ability to understand consumer behavior and market trends, using this to create impactful marketing campaigns.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Kansas State University. Throughout her career, Caty has developed innovative marketing strategies, managed cross-functional teams, and driven business growth. She has a proven track record in successfully launching and promoting new products in diverse markets, leading to significant revenue increases and brand recognition. Her passion for building brands and exceeding sales goals extends beyond her professional life. She often mentors young marketers, helping them to navigate their career paths in the industry.
Before joining American Fidelity, Caty served in leadership at Paycom where she led client marketing strategy, market research, and branding. Her time at digital advertising agencies is the foundation of her career. There she received numerous awards for her creative campaigns, winning ten Addy’s from the Oklahoma City Ad Club, three regional Addy’s and numerous Marketini Awards via the American Marketing Association’s local chapter.
As a Marketing Strategy Manager at American Fidelity, Caty aims to help lead her team in executing successful marketing initiatives that will bolster the company's market position and help achieve sales goals.
When she’s not at work, Caty enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is the proud mom of Bennett (6), Collins (5) and a mini schnauzer, Watson, whom she shares with her husband Wes. Outside of family time, Caty enjoys reading, playing Mahjong, and baking.
