The Basics of Private Cellular Networks: Design

Event Details
Nov 30, 2023   –
Online, 22 minutes

Designing a Private Cellular Network (PCN) begins with documenting factors like the number of devices, data requirements, and physical locations. It requires understanding and deploying the right spectrum and frequencies to ensure reliable coverage within the desired area. Additionally, it necessitates the inclusion of specialized infrastructure, such as the Mobile Core (EPC) and the Radio Access Network (RAN), tailored to the specific needs and capacity requirements of the network. Security measures, including encryption and access control, must also be meticulously designed to safeguard the network's data and communications.

Join us for a 20-minute session with PCN experts Rob Cerbone, VP of Product Management and Marketing, and Eric Hernandez, Director of Design and Training Center, from Communication Technology Services (CTS), to ask questions and learn how to design a PCN solution that works for your company.
